BREAKS 2020

If you wish to book a break of 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights please contact us on 01271 870112 or 07896635202  or email us at [email protected] as we take breaks but there are restrictions as to when you can book them.

  • 3 nights are calculated at 75% of the relevant weekly rate
  • 4 nights are calculated at 85% of the relevant weekly rate
  • 5 nights are calculated at 90% of the relevant weekly rate
  • 6 nights are calculated at 95% of the relevant weekly rate

PRICES

Please note: The weekly price is based upon 2 people sharing the apartment. If there are more than two people there will be an extra charge to cover laundry etc.

We allow 1 x medium dog or 2 x small dogs please note there will be an additional charge of £30 each for the week.

Please note we do not have facilities to take credit cards for the apartment and therefore request that you PAY A DEPOSIT OF £100 by BACS at time of booking to secure it. Please phone 01271 870112 to receive BACS details. The remainder of your BALANCE needs to be paid 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Failure to pay may result in you losing your booking.
  •  The above prices are based on 2 people sharing and may vary according to time of year and availability.
  •  Stays of 7 nights are requested especially May to October but if you require less please contact us we will try 

      to accommodate you.

  •  We are a non smoking establishment.
  •  Dogs are welcome for an additional payment but must not be left on their own in the apartment.
  •  Children over 12 welcome for an additional charge.

Please note your booking is not secured until we have your booking form & deposit either online or over the phone.


The Croft Apartment – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Booking and Payment 

Bookings can only be accepted from persons over 18 years of age and by paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that he or she agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the ENTIRE party intending to occupy the property under your booking.  Reservations will be held as a provisional booking for 2 days and a deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking. Once the booking form and deposit are received, the balance is due 14 days before the first day of your holiday.  No reminder will be sent and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not paid by the due date. If a booking is made less than 14 days before arrival, the full cost is due at the time of booking. 

 

2. Cancellation due to Covid-19

COVID-19 

If for any reason due to Covid-19 you are unable to come please contact us asap and you will be reimbursed any money you have paid. Please also note that if we have to close down due to an outbreak etc. all stays will be cancelled and monies returned to you.


3. Non-Availability of Property  

If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the property is not available on the date booked, all monies will be refunded in full and we will not be liable for any further claims. 

 

4. Arrival and Departure 

The Croft Apartment will be available for occupancy from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. 

 

5. Your Responsibilities 

  • You are responsible for the property during your stay and it should be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your holiday. 
  • Any damage or breakages (except for reasonable wear and tear) must be reported to us as the owners as soon as possible and

     must be paid for.  

  • We cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury to you as guests, or loss of damage to your property or for other matters

     over which we have no control.   

  • You agree not to exceed the total number of persons in the property as stated on the booking form.
  • No smoking is permitted under any circumstances. 
  • Pets are only allowed by prior agreement.
  • The owners reserve the right to reasonable access of the property at any time for emergency maintenance etc.  


6. Breach of these Terms and Conditions 

If you commit a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions we as owner will have the right to terminate your booking and we may require you to vacate immediately and no refund of the fees you have paid will be returnable to you. 

 

7. Law  English law is to prevail. 

 

8. Data Protection Act 1998 

Any personal contact data requested and collected is solely for the satisfactory completion of the transaction between you as the holiday maker(s), and us as supplier of the premises. Your information is never provided to any other party or entity, and is only used in strict accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.
